At Saxon Beef, we don't just farm; we honour a legacy. Our family has been dedicated to cattle farming for many generations, a heritage of stewardship that is proudly carried on today by Friedl and Lindie von Maltitz. Our cattle are 100% veld-raised, hormone-free, and ethically managed on our family pastures. We round them off for the market with sillage and maize we produce on the farm. When we say Single-Farm Origin, we mean it with absolute certainty: every animal is born, bred, and raised on our farm. From our pastures to your table, we maintain complete control over the quality, care, and traceability of our beef. In a world where biosecurity & food traceability  is becoming more important by the day, every cut of our beef can be traced to its source.
